I’m Aris, a private chef and culinary consultant based between Corfu and Athens.
My cooking draws on Mediterranean and Greek cuisine. Seasonality and ingredient quality guide every dish, and I believe simplicity treated with care, is the most refined expression of flavor. Fresh produce, thoughtful sourcing, and products from small local producers are at the heart of what I do.
I bring more than 24 years of experience across luxury hotels, private dining, high-end restaurants, large-scale catering, and pre-opening projects. That background gives me strong technical foundations, operational depth, and a refined but approachable style of cooking. Over the years, I have led multi-outlet hotel operations, menu development, and teams — always with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest experience.
Today, Chef In Motion brings that experience into more focused, tailored work. From private dining and villa stays to bespoke culinary experiences, hospitality support, and culinary consulting, my aim stays the same: food that feels thoughtful, elegant, and genuinely enjoyable.
